Under what circumstances can customers exchange products?

Customers are eligible to exchange products if the received item is not as described on the website or if the product is defective due to manufacturing faults.

Customers may exchange the product for another one only once, within 1 day from the date of receipt. The exchanged product must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused and not dirty.

The newly chosen product for exchange must be of equal or higher value than the original product. If the chosen product has a lower value than the original, no refund for the price difference will be provided.

No refund will be issued for products already purchased.

TUNGVU has the final decision on all exchanges.
